Refunds and Exchanges

All products are handmade.

The products are non-refundable, except under certain conditions:
– If the dimensions are not as requested.
– If the product has a manufacturing defect.
– If the product has been damaged / lost in transport.
Photo proof must be provided.

However, if you wish to return the product, a 45% fee will be deducted from the sale price. It must be returned at your expense, in its original packaging.
The purchase must have been made in the last 30 days.
The words “return of goods” must be indicated. Otherwise the other costs related to the shipment (exemple: customs fees) will be deducted from the refund.
